"The life in west is much more a pleasurable experience than ours". My uncle who recently had been to europe was telling me.
Even though it's a cliche, I gave a thought 2 it!
It has 2 b 1 pleasurable experience! If you suddenly switchover from driving on pothole ridden roads 2 t smoothest of ones, even the zealot of patriot will be pleased by the serendipity!. If all the trains run on time without any delay whatsoever (and there's no announcement like "Asuvidha ke liye khed hai, aap ki yatra sukhdayak ho!" after t train getting delayed), if whatever you purchase, let it be from costliest of wathches to t cheapest of vegetables, is rich in quality, if the students have enough time to indulge in creative work rather than paritcipating in protests, if the supply of power/water is continous without any hiccups, if you get your driving license without paying bribe, if.....and hell lot of things like these, life ought to be a pleasurable experience.
What r we proud of?? ... The inefficient administration or the depressing politics?.
The basic needs or the lack of it?.. Well i dont wanna scratch my head answering these!..
Only one fact, a recent poll says that 89% of the indians would like to be reborn as indians again! And I am proud 2 b one of those 89%!!
BTW this is my birthday post! ( A weird topic 2 choose i know, but that's what i am!!). I would like to dedicate this blog to my online friends nids and kalps! Both of them bloggers!
